My professional journey began in advertising and recruitment for local retailers, followed by a decade as a Regional Manager at Oxfam. In this role, I supported 270 retail stores across various categories, including clothing, furniture, and Fair Trade items. I worked closely with a team of 9,000 volunteers and 32 District Managers, playing a key role in developing marketing and recruitment campaigns, organizing national and local events, and creating volunteer management programs.
